Default Do u give the burnt chop to DH/DP or keep it?

This is just a silly thread,

but had a funny convo with a friend she said when she first got married she used to always give the best food to her DH. Ie she would eat the burnt lamb chops and give DH the good ones! She said she did this for yrs until she realised that he wouldn't do it for her, so now she gives him the burnt chops lol

What do you do?? Do u eat the burnt lamb chops etc?

i always give the best to my DS, DD is too little at the moment.

Tsh. No. DF is NOT getting my burnt chop. Hells no way. All mine.

I only eat chops when I go to my best mates and so the more burnt they are, the better they taste. He makes this really good marinade for it, have no idea what, but if it's burnt it's just even tastier.

But yeah if I drop the toast on the floor I *may* give that bit to DH and make myself a new bit! lol

I also give more vegies to my kids and put some token ones on my plate- hate vegies!

Yep. I do this all the time. Without sounding like a martyr I actually use a lot energy and spend a lot of time worrying about everyone else.
I've just eaten some left overs but only had a tiny bit for lunch as its DH's favourite and I know he's like it again for dinner. He could just eat what I'm making for the kids but I know he's prefer last nights! So I'm currently eating cold baked beans....

DH and my kids get the best bits always. But I know DH wouldn't do the same for me - but I don't do it for what I'll get in return, I do it cos I like making sure he enjoys his food
