    Yep the MKR ones except I didn't put in as much chilli as they did in the paste and I added coriander ( cause I love it!) really easy to make ( I made extra and froze a batch ) and DS loved them! Oh and I forgot to buy peanuts so I left those out of the dipping sauce

    I'm going to make them tomorrow night.
    Would you say the serving size is big enough for a main?
    Going to serve with a salad of some description. It should I double the recipe for 4 adults.

    Yep for me and DS it was - I did veggies for him and a thai noodle salad for DH and I but DH was still hungry and asked for a main meal!
