Pitta pizzas are ace! Even I (can't/hate cooking) can manage them. DS usually has mushroom, onion, capsicum & spinach. Great way of getting them to eat and enjoy lots of veggies!

DD's spinach, broccoli and chicken korma went down a treat. It doesn't look very appetizing but she scoffed it down!

Don't think I can ever cook for magazines.... My food doesn't look all that glamorous but this spinach and haloumi omelette (that ended up as scrambled eggs) was definitely a hit with DD.

Crumbed lamb cutlets with roasted rainbow carrots & potato and steamed greens. DD ate the veggies and said the lamb was yucky. More for me

Do you oven bake or pan fry? Whenever I've tried to crumb lamb cutlets, the crumbs fall off when I cook them

I pan fried them. I blitz a piece of bread until the crumbs are really fine, dip the cutlets in egg, then the crumbs, then pan fry. I prepared them about half an hour before cooking so not sure if that helps it stick.
