    Eta, get the fresh gnocchi where you get fresh pasta. All you do is boil some water, plonk it in, wait for the water to return to the boil and drain. Sooo easy!
    Gnocchi is really easy to make and tastes heaps better than the bought stuff. Try it

    My kids thought it was Christmas when I made them choc oat slice today. I made an orange processor cake yesterday for work and had condensed milk & choc melts left over. I never usually bake treats as most of them end up on my thighs :/

    ETA- well that went well ... DS1 refused to even taste it cos it wasn't healthy (sigh) ... DS2 is happy as.
