    I managed to get my act together today and make a proper dinner. Macadamia crumbed barramundi and roast pumpkin salad. Really easy and really yummy! Best thing is that most if the work can be done through the day when I get a chance.

    DD ate it all which surprised me - usually salad gets left on the plate. She even ate the fetta! Must have been hungry.

    Another rare night of cooking for me. Slow cooked lamb casserole with mash & veg. DD loved it.

    Reviving this thread as I just made a stroganoff and it's really good! Little bit proud of myself. Last time I made it it was rubbish.

    Last nights effort wasn't bad either - spaghetti with homemade pesto, prosciutto, broccoli and mushroom.
