    @misskittyfantastico that looks so pretty with the bow tie pasta. Might have to get some I think Dd would go for them.

    Haven't been in this thread for ages - probably because I haven't been cooking! Relying on easy meals while we settle in with our new DS.

    Tonight was nachos made with leftover taco mince and organic corn chips.

    Boring but yum, grilled lemon pepper salmon with lemon butter beans and purple cauliflower ( which turns hot pink when you add lemon juice!)

    Garlic and herb chipolatas, home made potato "chips", steamed carrot and zucchini (and he ate them - unbelievable!) and his beloved cherry tomatoes.
