Haven't been in this thread for ages - probably because I haven't been cooking! Relying on easy meals while we settle in with our new DS.
Tonight was nachos made with leftover taco mince and organic corn chips.

There's veggies in the mince so I figure it's a decent enough meal!
Garlic and herb chipolatas, home made potato "chips", steamed carrot and zucchini (and he ate them - unbelievable!) and his beloved cherry tomatoes.
