DH made dinner for DS tonight... Yes 2 potato products in the plate! It's sausage, sweet potato chips, mash potato, peas & corn :-) I'm not well so he's been home from work being Mr Mum & doing a wonderful job!

I have been reading the One Handed Chef site, so good!

This is the yoghurt and broccoli quiche recipe - but instead of broccoli I stuffed it full of left over vege from last nights roast

DS is having Shepard's pie tonight... Although he's not eating much, he had a fall not long before dinner & took skin off the end of his nose so is a little sad :-(

'We' (as in, me with extremely minimal help from DS) made homemade gnocchi for lunch. I ate mine all up because it was delicious. DS had half a gnocchi and declared he didn't like it. DD was delighted with the little balls I gave her to throw around

Pretty plain lunch today as I am getting over a stomach bug. DD was super excited about plain white rice, which was a bit odd.

Vegetarian Rolls with ******ed veg :-) the rolls have kale, silverbeet, carrot, zucchini, onion & pumpkin in them also with some sunflower seeds & pine nuts. Fingers crossed DS likes them!
