All good, I just wanted to clarify for anyone else who was reading and felt the way some others seem to.

Pasta mixed through pumpkin soup because he loves pasta but hates soup. I want him to eat more veggies so this was my tactic to get them in him.

He took a few bites then spat it all out and threw the whole thing on the floor. I half expected him to say "where the **** is my tomato pasta sauce you deceptive witch".

Tried DS on pizza tonight... No deal! Lol it had, ham, cheese, chicken, pumpkin, capsicum, zucchini & asparagus, all things he would normally eat but would go there! Oh well try again another night!

DS doesn't like pizza either. Which is bizarre because, you know, it's pizza, and he'll usually eat any carb with tomato sauce.

I think once he 'gets' it he'll like it... Do biggy for now though :-) risotto tonight which he loves so should be a success!

Zucchini, spinach and feta slice for lunch today. DD ate everything and DS actually ate his slice. A winner for sure.

This is what I call veggie spaghetti! Really, it's just basic spaghetti with a lot of veggies cut into, nothing that exciting or flash but DS loves it and I feel like he's getting a good serve of veggies with it.

First time poster long time follower.

Dinner tonight moroccan sweet potato, carrot and chickpea soup.

Really didn't think my two ds would like it but they ate most of mine my SIL made and it hasbeen a hit ever since. Best part it's easy to do a big batch and freeze and tastes just as good reheated.
