    Penne pasta with pesto, chicken and sundried tomato. Used up a heap of basil that needed to be used. It was so yummy and DD loved it.

    Muffins with spinach apple banana dates. No added cane sugar. Quite yummy!

    Butter chicken with saffron rice for us tonight... I added some veg left over from our roast to DS' pumpkin, peas, corn, broccoli & cauliflower :-)

    I used a pataks paste for this one ;-) busy day so needed something quick! Added a little extra cream to DS' though, just to soften the flavour.

    I have used this one before... http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/6475/butter+chicken which is yummy!
