    I used a silicone mould (ebay) to make the choccies. Blended dates, coconut, cacao, chia seed, sunflower seed and Coconut oil. Kids love it and so do I

    DS is on the third night of frozen peas, frozen corn, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries & ice cream... He's got hand, foot & mouth so that's all he'll eat, his mouth is too sore, poor thing! Tonight I have jelly & custard for him too :-)
