This was her breakfast. Trying to get her to eat anything is a struggle some days and she's just started eating scrambled eggs, she's never liked them before! So I'm using the opportunity to load them with as much veg as I can
If she at least eats a healthy breakfast every day but just wants to pick and graze afterwards, I can handle it.

Honey soy chicken drumsticks with homemade chips and steamed veg. It was my first time using the air fryer (for the chips) and I must say I was disappointed!

Spinach and ricotta ravioli with sundried tomato and roast chicken. Kids ate about half with some persuasion.

Lazy morning tea - cucumber, strawberries, sultanas and crackers.
Cucumber is the only vege (apart from corn) DS will eat willingly so its a staple hers!
