Beef & veg stew with mash (mashed with skin on)

DD ate all the veg and mash and a coulke of bits of meat. I was pretty happy with that.

Spaghetti and baked Italian meatballs. This is my bowl, but she had the same, with less meatballs and spiral pasta as she just plays with spaghetti rather than eating it :-) oh and no garlic bread for her.

Lunch - cheesy scrambled eggs with grated zucchini. Despite being very excited about eating eggs, she had 3 mouthfuls then declared "all done!"

    Oh well.

What type of fish do you use? Every time I try to make fish fingers they're all mushy

I used hoki I think, but it was semi frozen when I cut and crumbed it. The thinner pieces seemed to fall apart so I think freezing it was the secret.
