It's called "ham and vegetable slice" on Taste.com.au. Here's the actual ingredients:

    1 grated zucchini
    1 grated carrot
    1 finely chopped red capsicum
    100g chopped ham
3/4 cup of reduced fat grated cheese
    1/2 cup self raising flour
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs lightly beaten
    6 cherry tomatos halved

Whisk the eggs and vege oil together and then combine all ingredients. Cook for about 30min at 180C or until a skewer comes out clean.

I used grated mushroom instead of capsicum and instead of using a slice tray I used the muffin tin. You can pretty much adjust is how you like.

    Enjoy!

These were amazing! Our lunch (she ate 2, I ate 3 lol!) - ham & veg slice, but I did it in a muffin tin. Its a recipe from taste but I adjusted it a bit and used grated mushroom instead of capsicum and added chives.

    So yum!
Never grated mushroom before. Interesting. I'd probably hurt my knuckles.

Haha! I hadn't either until I saw it in another recipe. They're soft so you don't need to apply much pressure

Chorizo and bacon risotto. We all had this, for ds I remove the chorizo so he basically has hidden vegie risotto.
