    Expecting only the chicken to be eaten. Maybe the potato. My kids still haven't grasped the concept of salad and raw veg. Actually ds2 won't eat any veg unless it is puréed in a sauce , or in a casserole or soup. He seems to eat them then.

    Slow cooked lamb casserole with cous cous. DD was in a cranky mood so only had a few bites.

    I just wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to this thread! Both my daughter and I have been making healthier choices lately and although I'm still obese my weight is falling and my daughter is now a healthy weight for her height and age! Thank you bub hub!! We have both managed it without any calorie counting so I'm stoked!!! Thanks again!
