Egg 'pizza' with zucchini, spinach and mushroom - dd 21/2 has almost eaten all of it this morning. She loves the idea of pizza when really it's just an omelette really. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1381182906.438218.jpg

I told the kids this one is called monster fettuccine. It has bacon, onion, peas, beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, zucchini and kale mixed with a can of cream of asparagus and cream. I also added in a bit of cheese too.

The kids loved it and ate it without complaint!

That looks so tasty! So you just use the tin of soup as the sauce? I must try that!

DD helped me make lamb kofta balls, yum! I had left over rice from last night and some pumpkin I needed to use up so I fried the rice in the pan once the meat was cooked with a little red onion and frozen peas, then tossed through roasted pumpkin cubes. Served with steamed beans and tzaziki. Doesn't look that exciting but it was really nice!

This is DDs plate (she ate all the lamb, and most of the rice/pumpkin thing):
