    I bought it from our fruit shop! They had purple, green and orange cauliflower. ! Apparently its a European plant and the purple colour is some super dooper antioxidant also found in red cabbage - I always add lemon juice and olive oil to our veg and the acid in the lemon juice turned it that cool Fluro pink colour!

    Dinner is Massaman curry chicken, diced potato (cooked in the curry), ******ed vegetables (I'll add either a drizzle of olive oil or cheese sauce) and jasmine rice with curry sauce.
    This is for ds1 (4yrs). Ds (19m) will have the same, but all chopped up, mixed in one bowl.

    DD and her afternoon tea with a recipe I got from here, super easy banana pancakes! Just an egg and a banana mixed together and cooked with spray oil. One of her fave foods at any time of the day
