My boys just loves these healthy ice creams. It's banana, chobani natural Greek yoghurt, honey, chia seeds and a bit of water to get the right consistency. Yummo!!

Made the boys some chicken kebabs with a small salad. My two are fantastic fruit & veg eaters but after reading this thread I realised they have never had salad!! Well apart from in quiche or in pizza or spinach in smoothies. So I'm giving it a go tonight. I'm anticipating one if not two disgruntled children!! Wish me luck!! Ha

They devoured it before I had a chance to take a pic! It WAS pea & ham soup, with Turkish bread. DS's serve was enormous so while there looks like heaps left, that bowl was full.

1 small carrot, 1 small zucchini, half an apple, handful of spinach, half an onion, all finely grated or chopped as small as possible
250g beef mince, 1 egg, 1 clove of garlic crushed, tablespoon of soy sauce
Moosh it all together (ds1 loves helping with this part!) spread a decent handful of the mixture across one side of puff pastry, roll and cut into lengths of about 3-4 cm. This mixture uses about 3 sheets of puff pastry and makes about 18 sausage rolls. Lay them on a tray lined with baking paper, brush the tops with egg and cook on 180 for about 25 mins
Ooooh yummo! Have to try that! Dh is keen for it too.

Can I ask what ice block molds any of you have? I said to DH about making our own and he was happy to do that provided we can find decent size molds. DS would have 2 of the little ones, if not more, in one sitting because he's used to bigger ice blocks.
