Default Supplements - where to buy? Recommendations?

    Hi ladies,

I've been reading various threads which talk about what supplements people take etc etc. and I noticed a lot of people get them from overseas.

Can anyone recommend or perhaps share where they have bought supplements from and were there any issues. Be it in australia or overseas.

I'm primarily looking at DHEA and Melatonin. Also interested to know what dosages you may be on.

    Thanks for any help

We got melatonin from the US as the dose isn't high enough here in Aus. I can't remember what it was. I'll look it up when I get home.

I have bought supplements (inositol, l-arginine and CoQ10) at iherb.com. It's a great site with competitive prices and shipping to Australia. You do need a prescription in Australia for melatonin and DHEA - if you're seeing a FS they can give you one. Mine gave me prescriptions for them, I had them filled at a pharmacy and could then claim on PHI. Even though the supplements I bought from iherb.com are available in Aust without a prescription, Customs still held my shipment until I could provide the invoice for the purchase and printouts of the ingredients of each one.
