I started shakes a week ago and haven't seen any changes yet.
I'm looking to start shakes in the next day or so.
MonsterMoosMum do you find the reducta helps?
I've recently quit smoking and put on close to 15kg because my appetite is insatiable having struggled with eating disorders for many years I'm struggling with the weight gain (but still smoke free yay!) and want it gone. I've been at the gym for 4wkd now, going at least 5x a week and I'm noticing muscle definition but no change in the scales yet.

I take 2 reducta and 2 fat magnet in the morning half and hour before my TF shake & I find myself feeling so full that its a struggle to finish my shake.
I was only doing 1 shake a day for the first two weeks but I'm now doing 2 shakes and then my own dinner meal.
Before both shakes I take the reducta and fatmagnet. As I said before it really is a struggle to fit in those shake I feel so full.
Between my morning and lunch shake I chew some reducta gum.
Then between lunch and dinner if I'm hungry I have a piece if fruit.
As far as working out all I do is jump on the bike for a min of Half an hour EVERY morning i like to challenge myself to see how long I can do.
And I also take my kids & pups for a walk 3 x a week min I'm trying to step that up to the bike and a walk a day.
Jut by doing the reducta, shakes and some bike and walk I've lost the 10kgs in 4 weeks.
My TF consultant told me that that loss will eventually slow down. And I know it too. Apparently it's cause I starting from a much higher weight that ill see he beginning weight loss melt off.
