I should say too that I have only ever used chocolate shakes in the past but I love these. My fave is apple and cinnamon.
I just checked and yes they are gluten free
Good morning! How are we all? I'm doing school drop off then off for a walk. I need to get my walk out of the way first thing in the morning so that I don't have a chance to talk myself out of it haha!
Today's going good. Ive had my reducta and TF shake and just got off the bike that I've been on for 45 mins.

Had my pt session today. I'm so sore right now. And hungry. My shakes are only 200cal each, and I reckon I burned at least twice that at the gym. Still, apart from an apple when I couldn't handle being hungry any more, I've stuck to it.
