    Hey I have them twice a day and I love them but if you're not into fruity then maybe they're not for you?? I know they have smaller sizes on there to try. You can contact them through their FB page.

    I should say too that I have only ever used chocolate shakes in the past but I love these. My fave is apple and cinnamon.

    I just checked and yes they are gluten free

    Good morning! How are we all? I'm doing school drop off then off for a walk. I need to get my walk out of the way first thing in the morning so that I don't have a chance to talk myself out of it haha!

    Had my pt session today. I'm so sore right now. And hungry. My shakes are only 200cal each, and I reckon I burned at least twice that at the gym. Still, apart from an apple when I couldn't handle being hungry any more, I've stuck to it.

    Start weight - 103 kgs
    Weight prior weigh in - 98kgs
    Current weight - 96.4kgs
    This weeks loss -1.6kgs
    Total loss - 6.6kgs
    Goal weight - 70kgs
    Ultimate goal weight- 60 kgs

    Well done! My weigh in day is Monday. I'm feeling good, I've been doing we just a couple of treats here and there but overall really good.
