How was everyone's day? Mine was very similar to yesterday except we went out for lunch so I had my MM smoothie for dinner. Still managed my pram walk and drank heaps of water.

Well done on your 5kg loss so far, that's excellent! When I started I had 14kg to lose and I was very overwhelmed by such a large number. I just took it 1kg at a time, one meal at a time and reminded myself that if I eat a bad meal every now and then to not write off the whole day just because of that choice. Every meal is a new start!

    Hi flip flop
not a big fan of fruity shakes (used to choc, vanilla etc)... How do you rate the taste? Do you know if they're gluten free? Tried looking at ingredients on their site but print is too small, also tried emailing them but there is no contact us page/link how often do you have a shake? Thanks
