SO disappointed in the taste of the shakes. Have tried opti slim-yuck yuck yuck and bought some of the mix smoothies and even they tasted gross, so now I have like 25 shakes left. Definitely thinking the shakes are not for me.

I'm with you on this! The mix smoothies are foul, honestly the mango passion tastes like vomit! So I've just been making my own shakes with whey protein and having one every morning.

    Thanks guys!

I used mothers mix and loved them. Are you ladies adding heaps if ice with them? Remember they are made using rice protein instead of the usual whey or soy protein so they are different. By the end of my 28 day pack I loved them!

I also used tony ferguson and the lbw ones in the past and they were all gross in the beginning but I got used to them

I'm on rapid loss, and I always do it with skim milk. They are quite yummy I think, they just taste like milkshake. They are sweet though.
