I'm ok. Being slack in regards to the shakes though :/ having the breakfast one most days but not the lunch one. Still the scales were down a little this morning (still haven't broken the obsessive weighing habit though grr) so can't be doing too bad lol.

Busy busy. I'm diving head first into my studies i remember my morning shake and pills but then find between kids and studies Ive forgotten my lunch shake ( and to even bubhub omg i knowwww).... eeep.... and then its a struggle to eat 2 parts of anything at dinner.

I broke my rule of only weighing once a week (every friday) and according to the scales, i am only down 500 grams and with weigh in tomorrow i can already see its not going to be the greatest week *sighhhh*

Well I've just found out we are very unexpectedly expecting our 4th baby! Good bye thin figure, it was nice while it lasted haha. Seriously though I'm going to try very hard to stick with healthy eating to make it easier after the baby is born to get back to goal weight. I'll still follow along and cheer you all on as you reach your goals!
