    Don't weigh yourself everyday... Your weight will go up and down depending on how much food you've eaten, how much fluids you've drank, what time of the day it is, where you are cycle-wise (you may be retaining fluid etc). You should only weigh once a week same day same time each week. Perhaps you're not consuming enough calories?

    Thanks Ginzy. I think it was due to my cycle as I've gone back down the 73.9 as of yesterday. Really finding it hard not to weigh myself every morning but I'm trying! I did use the gym scales and my body fat % is down again and muscle is up which would explain it as well.

    Ok so will make Fridays my weigh in day. 73.6 this morning so was pleasantly suprised.
    I've had a few days off the shakes as I bought a Bellini (rip off thermomix lol) and have been wanting to use it heaps. So the meals have all been healthy and yumm.
    Back into the shakes today though I think.

    How's everyone else going?

    Well done that's great!!!

    I'm doing good down to 63.8 from 66 so very happy so far. Having the day off from counting caleroies and shakes today but not going as nuts as what I thought I would I think my stomach had shrunk lol

    Hi all

    Been too crazy busy to post recently, but i am doing well with my weight loss...3.3kg so far. My goal was to lose 5kg in 4 weeks and I think i will go close...10 days to go.... At this point I am only on one shake a day (breaky) but calorie counting as well for lunch and dinner. I'm finding MyFitnessPal to be fantasic as a way to keep track, and be accountable for my intake.

    Glad you are all going so well too!!

    Giggle I'm finding the days I don't have shakes I'm not craving the crap food like I used to or if I do have some it's only small portions.
