I've officially dropped a dress size. From 14 to 12. One more to go and I'll be happy. Woohoo!
Thanks Ginzy. I think it was due to my cycle as I've gone back down the 73.9 as of yesterday. Really finding it hard not to weigh myself every morning but I'm trying! I did use the gym scales and my body fat % is down again and muscle is up which would explain it as well.
Ok so will make Fridays my weigh in day. 73.6 this morning so was pleasantly suprised.
I've had a few days off the shakes as I bought a Bellini (rip off thermomix lol) and have been wanting to use it heaps. So the meals have all been healthy and yumm.
Back into the shakes today though I think.

Been too crazy busy to post recently, but i am doing well with my weight loss...3.3kg so far. My goal was to lose 5kg in 4 weeks and I think i will go close...10 days to go.... At this point I am only on one shake a day (breaky) but calorie counting as well for lunch and dinner. I'm finding MyFitnessPal to be fantasic as a way to keep track, and be accountable for my intake.

Giggle I'm finding the days I don't have shakes I'm not craving the crap food like I used to or if I do have some it's only small portions.
