    Weight as of today 67.2kg
    Start weight was 72.2
5kgs lost after 2 weeks and 2 days on the shake diet.

I am sure that a lot of that is water weight. But I'll take it!

Still 11.2 kg to go until goal weight which is 56kg

Rapid loss. Trying to do 1200 a day and working (digging) in the garden every day, I've become obsessed by it.

Trying to eat generally healthier too.

Beebs do you find the rapid loss keeps you feeling full? I'm struggling with the optislim, gross taste aside, it just doesn't keep me full and then I want to snack.

Back at the gym after having a break or a few days. Did 6km on the treadmill and managed to jog non stop for 3km, walked for 1km. Jogged for another 1km then cooked down walking slowly for the last 1km. Feeling good after that. 747calories!
Trying to decide if I will have my shake for lunch or some eggs on toast for the protein.

Yeah, I do find they keep me full. Half the time I have to force myself to eat so I can make up my calories.

Oh wow wish the optislim was like that! Might have to try rapid loss next. The optislim is just like a drink, doesn't do anything to stop me feeling hungry

I went with the shake for lunch then kept busy by walking 1.8k to a friends house to pick up DS2. Had coffee an a chat them walked home again so that's another almost 4km today. I've burnt more calories than I'm meant to eat :/

I drink it with skim milk, that might make a difference, I notice a lot of people do water, to make it less calories, but I have never met my calorie goal ever, I find it almost impossible.

I will stick with 1 smoothie a day I think. Breakfast is so busy here that often I don't get to eat until nearly lunchtime if I didn't have a smoothie haha.
Are you also having snacks in between meals? What exercise/s are you doing? I'm definitely keen to try mothers mix when I have bub
