That's fantastic! I just looked back over the date of your first post & that's 6kg in a month I think? Sooo inspiring to keep up with the shakes, I am really glad that they have been working so well, I was really sceptical towards them at the start but I can see now how good they can be! Will you drop down to one shake for a while and then go back to normal food? It will be interesting to hear how you go!

Went for a walk with DS and our biggest pup tank. We did 1.2 before DS decided he wanted to go home so I only managed a 2.4km walk but I got home and did 1 hour on the bike. pretty stoked and ready for weigh in on Friday.

The weight has just fallen off me I'm so surprised! I didn't expect to get such great weight loss and still be able to feed my baby with a healthy milk supply. It's the best of both worlds
I will stick with 1 smoothie a day I think. Breakfast is so busy here that often I don't get to eat until nearly lunchtime if I didn't have a smoothie haha.

That's an awesome amount of exercise in one day! Good work!

Congrats on your goal weight FlipFlop!

AF arrived his morning so am hoping that explains the up and down weight. Also explains the junk food cravings (which I've managed to not give in to!) and not being able to get into the gym last night. I went and did 2.5km on the treadmill but just couldn't get 'in the zone' I guess you could say.

I'm lying on the couch trying to hold off on my shake so it will get me through til lunchtime. It's a wet miserable day here so no idea what to do with the kids.

Blergh! No bike today no walks today. My head hurts from being hit in the head with a palm frond and just in general feeling down and out for the count. I have stuck to my diet today though which is better than nothing.

Oh ouch! Hope your head is feeling better soon xo

I didn't go to the gym yesterday but did a 3k walk to the shops and back. Today I've just been cleaning and doubt I will get to the gym or do a walk :/ might have to drag out my crap exercise bike (Kmart cheapy) later tonight.

Tried an optifast soup or lunch today as I was given 7 of them. It's kept me feeling a bit fuller than the shakes. Wasn't the nicest soup I've ever had but it wasn't terrible either lol.

Scales were back down to 74.3 this morning so happy about that.

Oh dear! Hope you are ok? I had a gardening incident the other day, I stepped on a rake and it hit me in the head and I almost knocked myself out!! Doh - a real Homer Simpson moment!
