I just ordered off their website. Not sure if I can post the link but you should be able to google mix smoothies.

So I've had a great day today, I've been really good with my diet and enjoyed a 30 minute walk with the pram. My day looked like this -

B'Fast - Apple and Cinnamon MM Smoothie
M'Tea - 2 Vita Wheat crackers with avocado and small tin tuna
Lunch - Berry Bliss MM Smoothie
A'Tea - Tub of yogurt and a boiled egg
Dinner - Spinach, feta and tomato mini frittatas with salad

I've had just over 2 litres of water today and will probably have a bit more before bed.

My goal for next week is to reach the 60kg mark even if it's not exactly 60 I want to be 60!

How did everyone else go today?

Shake Brand - Mother's Mix (as it's safe for breastfeeding mothers )
    Current weight - 81.4kg
    Goal weight - 60kg
Shake brand - optifast but considering a change to isogenix

I go to the gym 5 days a week, and have 1 pt session in that. I've lost cm but not kgs which is both good and frustrating at the same time. I had gd and have been told that if I don't lose weight now I will have diabetes very soon.

You're doing an excellent job getting to the gym 5 days a week! I'm only managing a walk with the pram almost everyday. I am aiming to get to the gym at least twice a week to start toning again.

Thanks flip flop I just ordered some skinny mix.

Can I ask those using the mix shakes to give a review on the different flavors?

I ended up getting apple and cinnamon but was tempted by apple berry and strawberry too :/ decisions !!

I am training 5 days a week 4 with a PT 1 day of swimming 1.5km I did my first triathlon this weekend too but really want to lose another 6kg before our next IVF cycle. I am thinking I may need to add another day of training in on Saturdays fortunately I love exercise and I love the burn and recover quickly I just equally love food cooking and wine and an occasional beer too

Baking is my downfall. When I'm stressed or tired I bake. Take a new baby, add a house move, problems with the ex and financial strain from me being on maternity leave, and I've been baking a fair bit lately.
And of course I can't let good food go to waste once its cooked...
So I've started this to try and rearrange my emotional response to stress from baking to exercise. Hence the 5 days a week.

I love apple and cinnamon and banango. The berry ones are nice too, they are made with real fruit so taste just like you've blended a fruit smoothie together
