Yay for the new bike and a nice long walk too!
Ended up at the gym this arvo and did a 20minute run on the treadmill so managed to burn off another heap of calories.
Didn't have my lunchtime shake but had an omelette instead so around the same calories an a good dose of protein. Healthy dinner and snacks again. Think I'm getting the hang of this finally lol.
