I weigh myself after going to the bathroom first thing each morning. I then hide the scales for the rest of the day. And when I get my period I try not to stress to much about the scales because Im all over the place for the whole week.

I am encouraging myself to loose weight also.
DH had the sleeve done almost 3 weeks ago, and his weight is falling from him he has lost 6.7kg....
I tried the shakes quiet a few years ago (Optifast) and they were gross....
    I am 78.3kg......
Can some one recommend me shakes that they are on (NOT TF ones)...that they are getting results from and what else they are eating with it....
I am looking for a Shake that is nice to drink (doesn't taste like crap and make you feel like throwing it back up)....

I am a little depressed I was down to a size 10/12 Jan last year (because of marriage problems) I was so stressed....(Not a healthy way to loose weight at all)
So any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated...........

Welcome Kaybaby. Just remember any type of activity is better then none. Even chasing the kids around at the park is better then nothing. But I agree its easier sneaking in exercise when the kids go back to school.

lovepurplebutterflies ive ordered the mixsmoothies and they should hopefully turn up soon. I also brought a few optislim shakes to try.

As for me I'll have my first shake for lunch and then a healthy dinner. I find it hard to have shakes for breakfast. So im starting slowly. My starting weight is 87.3 putting it out there so I finally stick to this and get something done!

Will also force myself to go for a walk this afternoon. Heres hoping the shakes turn up today

Hope everyone has a great week.

Oh hell no I avoid those scales and only get on them every Friday morning. That's it.

My doctor set mine. I had gestational diabetes, and when tested at 6 weeks post partum,I was very close to being labeled diabetic. She has said that if I don't want to be a diabetic within the next few years I need to lose weight, and keep it down.
My mum was diagnosed with type 2 while I was pregnant, so its in the family.
