    I'm about to get up and have my first opti slim shake. Hope it tastes nice! Working today so not sure if I will get to the gym or not but my legs are sore from yesterday run so might be good to have a rest day.
    Hoping that working will stop me snacking today too.

    I find whenever I've been working I eat less as I'm busy. When you're home all day with little ones it's so easy to just hang around the fridge and cupboard all day. I've been substituting my desire to snack with water so every time I feel hungry out of boredom, I drink some water and wait awhile. If I'm still hungry I go for a healthy snack option... most of the time

    Yeah I generally eat less when I work. I need to take a few healthy snacks with me though as we work at expos and fetes etc so the food options I can buy there are no good and I end up eating crap :/
    I'm trying to replace with water too and find sometimes it works really well, other days not so much.

    I do this. Trying to drink 2.5L a day. Stupid hot climate.

    The other thing I do, is if I'm hungry I tell myself that I have to wait half an hour. If I'm still desperately hungry in half an hours time then I'll have a healthy snack but 9/10 its boredom hunger and it's passed.
