    Default Private hospitals in Melbourne

Hi! Just wondering what were people's experiences at private hospitals in Melbourne? Where did u go? What were the fees? Who was your OB or midwife? How was the level of care?

Hi Kitty. Are you looking for a particular area of Melbourne? CBD? North, South, East, West?

Lol! I should say I'm looking at Freemasons, St Vincent's or Royal children's private in Melbourne.

Ok. I've not been to any of those so I'll leave it to others to respond! Good luck!

I had both my babies at St. Vincent's Private and absolutely loved it - couldn't fault the place. The Royal Children's Hospital isn't a private hospital and it isn't a maternity hospital - it's for sick children only.

had my baby at St V and loved it so much I didn't want to go home.
I cried on discharge day lol

Can't wait to go back for my next baby, it's like staying in a hotel with 40 mums looking after you
