It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. I would be heading to an after hours GP as blood in the urine can indicate the infection has travelled to the kidneys.

Go to the hospital or the GP tomorrow..

Possibility of it being a really bad UTI that's spread to your kidneys, or a stone.

If you get fevers, chills and rigors (can't stop shaking)...go straight the ED - indicates a more serious infection that requires antibiotics ASAP

Yeah. Have some ural and head to the hospital or after hours walk in clinic. The ural will get rid of the pain but it needs to be treated asap.
Hugs hun. Uti's are the pits! Very painful, you poor thing.

Try not to stress too much. I have peed blood with a UTI and was fine but I managed to get antibiotics within 24 hours. Drink as much water as you can handle to flush out the infection even if it seems like the last thing you want to do.

    Good luck

A UTI won't go away without antibiotics and if you have bled its definitely in your kidneys. You really need a drip of gentamicin before it does any damage to your kidneys.
It's easily fixed but I wouldn't be inclined to 'wait and see' if I were you.
(Coming from a nurse of 15yrs who has had her fair share of UTI's and antibiotics to cure them)
