I would wait until you get home, it is a pretty private thing in my opinion. Why don't you and DD decorate a Tshirt or something for her to wear when he gets home that says 'big sister' or something - see how long it takes him to notice. Or get DD to take the positive pregnancy test to DH and ask 'Daddy, what's this'

With our first I gave him a card I had had that said 'Congratulations on getting knocked up' but I added a 'me' and placed it after the 'getting.' I stuck my pregnancy tests inside and just stuck it on top of his mail. He opened all his mail before my card!! So annoying! . But I always randomly give him cards so he was thinking nothing of it, ended up being very surprised. This pregnancy he was home for the test.

I think waiting until he gets home would be good, maybe have dd make a sign to wear or write/paint on a plain t-shirt for her to wear?

    Wait til you get home.

Could get a roll or something and put it in the oven. When you get home say 'Honey, can you please look in the oven, theres something weird happening in there and I cant work it out.'

    haha!

Yeah ill wait till we get home, ill be patient :/

The oven thing will give it away straight away cause we said we could do that to announce it on facebook when we were talking about ttc!!

I might just hand it to DD and get her to give it to him

I'm with MummaOj, get an old tshirt of DD and write 'im the big sister' or something cute like that. Don't say anything and see how long it takes him to notice!
    Congrats!!
