I found the black mores morning sickness vitamins helped. Didn't cure it but helped enough so I could function!

Sorry love I've got no ideas, I was a sick as a dog from about 7-12wks. It was relentless but good news is you will wake up one day and realize you don't have it and a week or so later you will forget how terrible it was!

You can get medication. Maxalon or zofran if it's really bad. Go to your dr. They can prescribe it.
    It sucks.

Zofran changed my life this week! No vomits at all- I can't believe it as I have had two vomit free days in four weeks and all day nausea.

I was on maxalon for about 2 days it stopped me feeling sick but gave me headaches, then once i started being able to keep stuff down i found tomato on toast or jatz stopped the morning sickness. Doc tried me on Vit B tablets but they made me worse.

Try Lipton lemon and ginger tea, it helped settle my tummy.

I'm not actually vomiting so I don't know if I would take medication, but the teas and stuff sound good, I'm just nauseas and light headed all day and I have a 16 month old as well so lying on the lounge all day is frustrating but running around with him makes it so much worse!!

I don't think any particular food or drink has helped but just keep eating something continuously seems to help me. Mine started at 7 weeks and now in 10th and its a lot better. - no vomiting tho just nausea all day for that 3 weeks. Now it's just some nausea when hungry
