    Default Period pain

What would everyone's definition be of "normal pain" during your period and "that's not right" pain?

    Hard to say really...
Normal pain = curled up in the foetal position eating chocolate
Unusual pain = curled up in the foetal position eating chocolate

Why do u ask ? Have u experience some bad pains u are worried about ?

Mmm I'm going to assume that pain that wakes you up in the middle of night and won't let you sleep even after painkillers and hot packs isn't normal??

TMI, but there doesn't seem to be enough blood for the amount of cramping that is going on......

If naprogesic doesn't take the edge off then I'd call it not normal (or whatever pain relief normally works for your period pain).

Enough to wake me up/stop me sleeping is pretty normal for me though.

I used to have the worst period pains but the docs all brushed it off. It was only when I was doing acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine that it got easier

Sounds normal to me, but I have bad periods. Whats normal for you may not be normal for another

Mmm that would worry me...iv never had that sort of pain before. If u havent either id see a nurse or doctor for sure!

You know ur body and if u dont feel right best to get checked out just in case.
