Some of Labors incomplete costings:

LABOR has stripped more than $1.65 billion from federal government departments to fund its election promises, updated election costings reveal. The cuts include $111 million from TAFE colleges, even though Kevin Rudd, at his campaign launch on Sunday, blasted Coalition states for removing funding from the vocational college system.

They include $253 million to be recouped from the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations; $169m from Defence; $274m from the Department of Health and Ageing; $278m from the Department of Regional Australia, Local Government and Sport; and $200m from Treasury.
