I'm right there with you. Like someone else said you are so much more than how he's made you, focus on times when you were different, away from him and remember that that is just as much who you are too, and really feel it. Ah no easy answers, just time and be super kind to yourself. Lots of love to you.

I have no one either. For a long time. I'm just slowly recovering from a serious bout of PND and trying to be brave and put myself out there and make friends. I've had a few play dates and although I haven't really made any real friends yet I'm proud of myself for trying. I've really liked the ladies I've met and would really like to be friends I think I'm just still uncomfortable in myself still so its hard to connect.

I had a rough day myself today so aren't in any state to really offer advice when clearly im unable to take it myself. But maybe you could try what im doing and reach out and try and connect with others around you. It sure sounds like you need a friend.

Are you okay? Really okay? Do you want to change your situation, leave? or do you just need a better support system in place? Are you in danger? Are your kids?

You do sound sad... I hate those feelings of sadness and hopelessness. I know them all too well. I hope you feel better soon.
