I really only drink when having dinner with friends/away on holidays etc.

Any more often than that and it makes me feel ill unfortunately.

I do love a nice glass of wine with friends though

I had drinks in May this year catching up with my best mate of 16 years who had recently stopped feeding her youngest, that's my only drinks this year, I'm not a fan of drinking and it definitely doesn't agree with most of the medications I'm on.

Usually a couple of glasses of red on a Saturday or a couple of CC and drys. Before kids I would easily have had 1-2 bottles of wine on a Friday night :-0 Now if I do that I feel like I'm dying the next day. So I've reigned it in a lot.

Usually 2-4 drinks a week. Sometimes slightly more/less. On a Friday or Saturday night, occasionally a glass of wine on a weekday night. Had 1 glass of white wine after dinner last night.
Gone are the days of getting drunk, even when I'm out all I can think about is avoiding a hangover and going home to my baby/bed.. lol.

ETA- I suffer from a drinking problem & find it easier not to drink unless with my BFF or special occasions cause once I start I find it hard to stop. If I'm at the pub I try to keep up with everyone else & end up wasted now I just Don't go to pub I was drinking about3-4 bottles wine & 6-10 beers every night. Not a pretty place for me to be & since getting myself out of that habit & place I now rarely drink
You should be proud of yourself That's a great effort. and takes guts to admit. I know people who are alcoholics and most are in complete denial.

1-3 glasses of wine if having dinner with friends so that's about once a month. Then I get 3-4 boozy nights a year out with the girls which involves wine, spirits and ends with tequila shots and kebabs.

I don't drink due to medication interactions. Haven't since 2003. Current recommendations are 14 drinks (standard)a week. That's about 10 stubbies.

None now - I used to drink too much I would have 3 - 4 standard drinks per night.. My FS actually told me and DH we both had to cut right back in order to conceive/ have a better chance of conceiving and that was when I white lied to him and told him I only drank 1-2 drinks per night so I stopped completely 3 months ago
