Default How much alcohol do you drink per week?

I think i drink too much and it also depends on how my kids have been behaving.
I have 3-4 beers per night so i pretty much drink a slab of beer a week. DH drinks a little bit but not as much as me.
I dont drink to get drunk because i cant handle the hangovers.
I dont binge drink when im out....i never go out....but when i do, i dont feel the need to go OTT with drinking or to keep up with the 'shouts'.

I just enjoy a few beers, everynight. wondering how normal that is?
DH hasnt said anything to me about me drinking too much, but he has said "if you start drinking from 9am on weekdays, there is possibly a problem...."

I have a couple of drinks most Friday & Saturday nights. Nothing during the week, but if we go away for a week or 2 over the summer holidays we will often have a drink or 3 every night.

I don't drink every week, but if I go to a festival or something then I drink fairly steadily. That is once or twice a year, I'll also drink on special occasions or at parties, usually works out once ever 3 or so months.

I can't remember the last time I drank. Maybe 6 months ago.

I can handle a whole 1 drink a night, I probably have 2 drinks a week, any more gives me a headache, I like a glass of wine with dinner.
