I'd prefer to be tapped on the shoulder if I didn't respond to the "excuse me" than walk past and touch my kid.

Wow how rude. Unless it is life or death you never touch a child in a pram. She is lucky that is all you said.

I don't think she had any right at all,
Unless the person in front of you let's you pass, travelators are for standing on not walking. I am fuming for you!

Agree entirely. I never quite understand why people are in such a rush to bolt up those things when everyone else seems happy to stand patiently as it moves.

Maybe she did say excuse me. Maybe she didn't. But never ok to barge past like that in a huff and shove past you and your child. Just plain rude really. She could have waited all of another 3seconds and you would all be at the top to get off anyway.

This could spark a spin off, but I think travelators ARE made for walking on, with the idea being the movement plus your walking means quicker travel- like the flat ones all through the airport

    Wtf is a travelator?

None the less. Nope no need to touch your child. Not on and I would've lost my sh!t if it were me or my kids.

Wow, she saved SO much time doing that. She must have cut her journey down by at LEAST half a second. What a winner
