    Default Sleeping issues

Hi. I have 7 month old daughter. She used to sleep thru the night, but was terrible at day naps. But over the past couple of weeks we have completely lost the plot and now she doesn't want to sleep day or night, and all she wants to do is play and blow raspberries. I am told this is a normal stage of development. I am looking for some professional help to try get us back on track to help her learn to self settle. Has anyone used such a service before? I live in Perth. Thanks.
