    I'm on the "I will eat whatever the hell I want," diet at the moment.

    Because I've had the sleeve, I can't eat much, and because of work, I don't get much opportunity to eat and I seem to burn it all off anyway... so I just eat whatever.

    My general guidelines are "protein first."

    I guess you could say my diet is pretty much the, "Protein and frozen coke diet = 600-850 calories a day diet." Ideally I shouldn't be having frozen cokes, but I love them so much. I don't smoke, hardly drink, and don't even drink coffee... so I've decided not to give up my frozen cokes anytime soon.

    My goal weight would probably be about 65kg... I'm 71 at the moment. I'm okay if I never get there though, I'm satisfied being 71.

    I'm 65kg and I want to lose 5-10kg. I plan on doing the FAST diet when I stop BFing.

    I'm on a low carb diet atm. I've been off/on it all year. My current weight is 99kgs, my starting weight in January was: 113kgs and my goal is probably around 70kgs

    I'm currently doing a low carb hi protein diet, have reached my goal weight of 70kgs, but have decided to go to 65kgs... (for some reason I thought I would be a lot smaller than I am at 70kgs).. but if I don't get to 65kg's, im still happy.

    I'm doing weight watchers. Lost 20 kgs and kept it off for 4 years before getting pregnant. Lost just under 5kg in the last month to get back in the healthy weight range. Probably got another 3-4 kgs to go.

    I'm just trying to eat healthy, & stop when I'm full. I've totally cut out alcohol, caffeine & refined sugar, and I'm avoiding wheat & dairy. I weigh 76kg, I've only lost a couple of kg so far but I'm not in a rush, I haven't been feeling well for a while so I'm more interested in being a "healthy weight" than being "slim"! About 60-65 would be a good weight for me

    I need to lose 18kgs, not on any specific diet at the moment, just trying to be careful and cut down on portion sizes. Would like to start Lite n Easy sometime soon though.

    Im doing the Michelle Bridges 12 week challenge. The food is awesome and there is so much variety!
    Weigh in day is wednesday but Im about 70kg at the moment. My goal is 65kg
