    Default Control line

I have been testing every morning since our BFP and the test line has continued to get darker and darker to the point it was taking dye from the control yesterday the control line was really faint today it seems darker, I may be reading too much into it but does it mean my HGC has gone down?
Is anyone else as crazy as me and had this happen?
    Should I be worried?

I think you're reading too much into it.
If you're worried about your levels maybe get a blood test?

If the test line is darker than the control line then there is no need to worry, the line tests dont actually pick up the amount of hcg in ur body it only detects if its in there. If your rly worried go get a blood test to check ur hcg lvls

The colour will be drawn from control line, yes. It eventually ends up almost going completly. But I wouldn't go by that. Bloods or maybe get a digital

I drove myself crazy doing this early in my pregnancy. I was testing every day at one point, and was terrified every time the line looked different to what I thought it would. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my baby but I was so worried and all for nothing. Those tests are all slightly different, even within the same brand, so a different result doesn't mean anything.

I understand what you are going through. Maybe you could ask your gp for regular blood tests to see if the hcg levels are increasing .

Don't forget about the 'hook effect' where apparently once your HCG reaches a certain limit, it starts getting less again and can cause tests to lighten x
