I had a cyst on my boob that had to be drained yesterday. When the local wore off the pain really hit me. It's still really sore today.

Sent from my pho....oh who am I kidding. It's rarely used as a phone

What a morning. DS1 has woken up with a green runny nose and is miserable especially since this is the 3rd wet weather day in a row. I can't take him to the indoor playground because of the runny nose (although thy didn't stop the mother of the child who gave DS the runny nose). No doubt this will turn into a chest infection as it always does because he had respiratory distress syndrome at birth and has scarring from RSV. Why can't people keep their snotty kids at home!? I feel like I have to hide him away to protect him from irresponsible parents.

DS1 likes to help me cook so I thought we'd make "Eggy bread" (French toast) to cheer him up but he decided to throw a tantrum because he didn't want the bread dipped into the egg because he was enjoying whisking it. Then he refused to eat it despite it being his favourite breakfast treat (although we do a savoury version with tomato chutney instead of syrup so it's not as bad).

I have a contractor who was supposed to get here at 9am to fix my $5000, 5mth old leather lounge because the stitching has come undone (still hasn't arrived at 9.30) and then my dogs decided to pee on the carpet right next to where the guy needs to stand despite me taking them out under the covered front porch 4 times this morning to pee because they're too precious to get a drop of water on them out the back. After cleaning the carpet DS2 had a massive vomit right in the doorway and then both boys cracked it.

Oh and I've run out of coffee. Great.

Oh my. I hope your day improves because that just sound like far too much to handle.

The pain has settled a bit today and I changed the dressing last night so actually saw it for the first time...ewwwwwwwwww

Vents for the day....the dog has been limping since yesterday afternoon and I can't work out why. Also DS's school was broken into over night. They're not sure what was taken yet.

Hmm, the audiology I need to go to has a bus line that runs along it, but only has actually functioning running buses during peek hours... That is STUPID. Going to have to take a damn taxi!
