1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 1/3 cups luke warm water.
Knead ingredients until they form a nice dough, put in bowl and cover for 2 hours to let rise.
Meanwhile, brown mince, add whatever veggies you may have (so carrot, peas, corn, etc.), add garlic, onion, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, mix it up then let go cold.
After two hours, seperate dough into smaller portions and roll out flat, spoon the mince mixture into them and gather the edges together so it's like a snaily parcel thing, brush with egg and milk mix and toss in the oven for 20 mins.
This is my "nothing in freezer or cupboards, bugger" meal. It's very tasty and filling. =)
