A have few from the last few days.

Walking out of the train station with dd1 and ds3 and a random lady said to ds "wow what a good boy walking for grandma" _ feeling old.

    ------

I leave dd who is sick at the moment for a few minutes to get a drink at a food court and man walks over to her and demands she gives money, she told him not to talk to her and he started yell abuse at her. Just ruined what had be a good day.

    ------

When shopping adventure all over town yesterday. waled a billion miles (well it felt like it) with a sore feet to the train station only to find it locked up like prison cell. So we take the 3 connecting trams With ds and his pram and all the stuff. Only to have the last tram not stop. So finally we get to Costco do the last big shop and order a taxi, wait hour in the freezing cold with a small toddler only to find out he picked someone else and there no dam taxi coming.

I take my hat off to anyone who uses public transport with babies. It the absolute pits.

Neighbourhood is quiet as a mouse all day. I put DS down for a nap - cue duelling whipper snippers! We're they waiting for me to put him down? Argh.

I am really hungry. But I don't like the food in my house. DD is asleep so I can't go and get food that i want. I was seriously thinking of take away that delivers but then realised I am being ridiculous! Still hungry though.

Lol this made me laugh 😝 first world problems... I open and close the cupboard thinking everytime I do it maybe miraculously something new may appear (so far hasn't happened) although if you look at the amount of food in there you would think a family of 12 live here!!! (we are only 3)

I still remember DD3 (at 7yo) complaining to a nurse at the hospital when visiting my mother, "I'm always hungry. There is never anything to eat."

Thankfully they gave a response to continue the conversation instead of racing off to make a report. Her next answer was.

"There is absolutely nothing in the house to eat! ... except ... apples, and pears, and nectarines, and apricots, and bread, and biscuits, and cake, and eggs, and bacon, and Wheat Bix, and Corn Flakes, and Rice Bubbles, and tomatoes, and carrots, and celery, and cucumber, and spaghetti, and baked beans ... but there is nothing that I would actually eat."

2yo DD has just spilt glitter everywhere. I am feeling pretty meh today so it's just been one of those hair pulling days.
