    Yep!!!!

Luckily my three can play with the 'vintage' lego previously owned by their father and his brothers out at their Nana's house.

We don't buy DS many toys. So far we've focused on the basics - and Duplo is the next big purchase we've planned. I've been comparing prices here and in the US and the differences are astronomical! Sometimes half the price! It's absolutely ridiculous.

And to add insult to injury they won't ship the damn stuff out of the US or Europe! I can't be bothered with a mail forwarding service just to buy LEGO. Luckily my BFF is heading over in a few weeks and I'm making her a list of stuff to bring back.

Ebay's no help either. Bulk LEGO auctions accumulate way too quickly - and the really big collections that'd be worth the big price are few and far between.

    But seriously, it's a suckfest.

Oh yes! As well as the fact there is more crappy themed Lego on the shelves than just regular nice and normal Lego. I don't want Harry potter, chima, ninjago or Star Wars Lego... I just want the normal city or just Lego Lego.
We're lucky too that mum kept all our umpteen pieces of Lego that the boys love to play with!

My mum gave away ALL my Duplo and I had the best collection.

I've replaced it by buying bulk lots online and then suggesting Duplo as a gift when family members want to get the kids something.

We now have HEAPS. I still want more.

I'd throw out most of the other toys and just have Duplo.
