Sorry Funchu I didn't tell you the how or where bit for turning off notifications. Go to "more" in the menu down the bottom if the screen where is says latest, forum etc and then go to settings and its in there. You probably figured it out.

Yay for testers on the 23rd, I hope it's a lucky day!

Hey Groupies. So I'm 5dpo and SOOOOO bloated. So much so it's making me uncomfortable. Not even degas is relieving it. I considered taking a picture but I seriously look 20 weeks preggas :what:

I have not changed my diet, if anything its improved and I have started exercising more

I even went so far as too use my last frer because I thought I was one of those 'I didn't know I was pregnant until...' bfn, of course.

    I'm hoping it's a good sign..

I am 5dpo today and exactly the same! I think it's to do with the surge in progesterone and thickening of the lining that does it. I got my wisdom teeth out two days ago so have hardly eaten much so it is weird seeing a bloated belly. I've been on a health kick too with more exercise. But yeh pretty sure it's the time of our cycle, I seem to get this way most of the time around now unfortunately.
