Default *Spin Off* what do you eat for lunch?

Lunch is usually my most skipped meal, which always leads me to seriously snack before dinner. Or I'll have toast... Dinner is always really yummy and healthy but I just can't seem to do lunch!

I'm lazy. If I'm home it's usually toast. If I'm at Tafe I usually just snack on nuts, fruit and crackers cause I'm too lazy to make a proper lunch. If I'm at work I generally don't bother with lunch but will sometimes buy a coffee or sushi from the shops nearby.

Lately I've been having a wrap with chicken, grated cheese and salad.

    Usually leftovers.

I've started making sure I cook a nice healthy meal (almost) every night, and there's usually enough for lunch the next day. Before I started doing that, it was generally toast or whatever I could scrape together quickly.

I usually have a salad. I just buy the woolies family salad packs and add some egg and cold meat.

Usually leftovers (i.e.: yesterday was paella, today is pasta) or some form of sandwich (sliced tomato & sliced cheese on toast with salt and pepper or avocado & cheese) or I cook eggs or make a tuna and cannellini bean salad. If out and about I usually get sushi or bento.

When I'm being healthy it's cruskits with avocado tomato salt and pepper, so yummy! Sometimes the garlic and herb pita bread with some salad. If I'm out I usually get sushi.
