Default Lost mucous plug at 21 weeks

Just wondering if anyone has ever lost their plug early?
Mine came out tonight and I freaked! Went to hospital and there are no contractions. Dr says I over did it and said no lifting and rest for a few days.
I need positive stories please ladies!

A friend lost hers from 26wks onwards. Her bub was born at term.

I lost mine from 36wks but he was born more than a week overdue add it regenerates.

The fact you have no contractions or other signs is positive.

    Just an update from me.
I had an u/s to check my cervix and I was dilated
Went to hospital and my membranes were buldging and I was rushed to John hunter. I'm currently tipped head down on the bed on IV antibiotics and hoping to get a stitch placed in the morning.
    Fingers crossed.
